Past the Halfway Mark

Well, I'm past the halfway mark on my Pink Blitz campaign. I do this to support breast cancer research and awareness. I want everyone to be aware that breast cancer is no longer for the middle-aged woman and up. There are women as young as 15 being treated for breast cancer and many men (including one at the place I work) who are fighting the disease. In fact, of the five people on our team, everyone has been touched by breast cancer, family and friends.

I am well aware there are many other cancers and I equally abhor those. I believe life is too precious to leave to chance, take care of your health, get your checkups, do what you can to stay healthy and keep on top of any health issues, be it cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol....all the predecessors to more serious health issues.

Here are my latest pics to catch up to the present. I will post the final photos on day 31 (which, this year, actually falls on Oct. 24). Please, remember the funds need to be in by October 29. I only ask that you donate $1 for every day I wear a different pink article, however, if you'd like to donate more...feel free to do so!!
